What is self-care?
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Although it’s a simple concept in theory, it’s something we very often overlook. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. It’s also key to a good relationship with oneself and others.

Dandelions helped me when I was at possibly the lowest I have ever been. They gave me connection and unconditional support when I needed it most, without asking anything of me, except being there. By engaging in the activities I was able to refocus and felt more comfortable chatting to the others. We all have our own journeys and each of these were respected and supported.
This excellent resource would be a real advantage to all, and I would recommend it to any woman, no matter what life has brought to them. A continuing community of inspiration and support. It would be great to be able to see the project expanded with ongoing meetings for the Dandelioness community.

I couldn’t recommend the Dandelions course more. A really well thought out and purposeful way to support yourself as well as make wonderful friends.
I’ve found my crafty side for the first ever time and thoroughly enjoyed all of the makes we did. So therapeutic and lovely to have the space to “reflect” on your week/month/life in a really meaningful way. Absolutely love the work you do ladies, I can’t explain quite how much I appreciate it!
